Sorry, the expiry date of the SSM cannot be checked online starting from 2024.
You need to open an EzBiz SSM Account or visit the SSM counter to find out the actual expiry date. An EzBiz SSM Account can be opened here.
An SSM that has expired for less than 12 months can still be renewed with a late penalty payment. If it has been expired for more than 12 months, the SSM registration will be automatically terminated. You will need to make a new registration to obtain the same name if it is still available. Please make a new SSM registration HERE.
Yes, you can place an order via WhatsApp. You are required to make full payment for the renewal and late penalty for 12 months upfront. We will process the renewal and refund the remaining balance of the late penalty. If your SSM has expired for more than 12 months, we will not proceed with the renewal and refund 100%.
